VILLA PETRIN Rural Estate

Tenuta Agricola Villa Petrin is a luxury rural estate located in a hilly area of winemaking fame with sweeping views of the Veneto valley, as far as Venice, just 50 kms or so away. In the immediate Veneto hinterland, facing south and overlooking the bed of the River Piave and the Montello highlands, on clear nights, it is possible to see the lights of Venice and its lagoon.

The estate covers an area of some 5 hectares (50,000 square metres) partly cultivated as forest and woods (some 2 hectares) with splendid views of vineyards growing DOCG PROSECCO di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene grapes, partly as olive grove and orchard (approx. 1 hectare) and partly as lawn, garden and meadow (approx. 2 hectares).

The landowner's mansion, built from 1975 to 1978, reflects the sound traditional Treviso rustic architecture and is positioned at the centre of the estate, surrounded by a large garden and enjoys unique panoramic views of the Treviso plains.

Located in one of the most prestigious areas of Italy, the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG winemaking region has recently been nominated as a candidate UNESCO heritage site.
